This marks a bold evolution of Hongqi’s family design language. To suit its new-energy identity, a closed grille is adopted, while designers retained 12 meticulously crafted vertical chrome elements. Inspired by the columns of the Hall of Prayer for Good Harvests at Beijing’s Temple of Heaven, these elements echo the philosophy of the “twelve earthly branches,” imbuing cold metal with cultural meaning.
