In terms of appearance, the front face of the Geely Galaxy E5 uses the same light ripples and rhythmic grille as the Geely Galaxy E8. When lit, it projects a dot matrix light source on the closed center grid, creating a technological feel with the luminous Galaxy logo in the center. The light group is not a through-type layout but has a flat and sharp shape. There are small air intake decorations on both sides of the front surround, and a “C”-shaped light strip is added on the outside as a supplement. Combined with the trapezoidal lower grille at the bottom, the entire front of the car appears more sporty.
The side of the Geely Galaxy E5 body features a short front overhang and a long wheelbase ratio. The length, width, and height are 4615/1901/1670mm, and the wheelbase is 2750mm. It is positioned as a compact SUV but boasts an excellent axle length ratio. Additionally, the car is equipped with hidden door handles and semi-enclosed two-color wheels, which help reduce the vehicle’s wind resistance coefficient. Coupled with the raised waistline and the concave design under the door, the sporty attributes are further enhanced.
At the rear, the Geely Galaxy E5 adopts popular through-type taillights, which are thin in the middle and thick at both ends. There is a dot matrix light source in the center, from which linear light strips extend to both sides, and the outermost side bends downward to form a closed loop, providing high recognizability. The trunk features convex and concave lines, and the license plate frame is set in the rear surround below. Additional depressions and red reflective strips on both sides effectively enhance the layering of the rear.
