The Gwm Cannon Alpha Hi4-T is a new energy hybrid pickup truck based on the TANK platform, combining the versatility of a pickup truck with new energy technology. It offers powerful performance, low energy consumption, and the ability to handle various complex road conditions with ease. It is equipped with a 2.0T Miller cycle engine, a 9HAT transmission, and a front-mounted electric motor, delivering a combined output of 300 kilowatts and 750 Newton-metres of torque. The vehicle offers three driving modes: pure electric, hybrid, and intelligent. In pure electric mode, it is equipped with a 37.1 kWh battery, offering a range of 115 kilometres, meaning it only needs to be charged once or twice a week for urban commuting. In hybrid mode, the engine and motor work together, enhancing off-road performance. Combined with the BorgWarner 4A+Mlock all-wheel drive system, front and rear differential locks (front lock optional), and nine driving modes, it can handle various challenging terrains. In intelligent mode, fuel consumption is as low as 1.7 litres per 100 kilometres, with a maximum range of 1,000 kilometres.This vehicle also supports external power output of up to 6 kW, with a built-in 220V socket in the cargo bed for direct power usage. The cargo box offers ample space and strong towing capacity, with pre-installed modification interfaces for customisable upgrades. The battery is mounted on the chassis, with a ground clearance exceeding 400 millimetres. The chassis features multi-layer protection against corrosion and scratches, and has passed rigorous tests including high-temperature, water immersion, and compression.

GWM Cannon Alpha Hi4-T 2.4T Global Edition is equipped with a new-generation 2.4T diesel engine, achieving a thermal efficiency of 42.3%, with a maximum power output of 135 kilowatts and peak torque of 480 Newton-metres, delivering strong power output at 1,500 RPM. Paired with a 9AT transmission capable of handling 750 Nm of torque, it offers both low-speed climbing capability and fuel efficiency at high speeds. At an altitude of 4,700 metres, it can still deliver 400 Nm of torque. In high-temperature environments, it features a high-power cooling system, while in low-temperature conditions, a 92Ah AGM battery ensures stable starting. It also features the BorgWarner 4A+Mlock four-wheel drive system, front and rear differential locks, nine driving modes, and intelligent off-road functionality. The exterior boasts a black grille and wheels for a sporty look, while retaining the Hi4-T’s sound insulation and intelligent connectivity systems.
