The 2025 Mazda EZ-60 EREV features a strikingly distinctive exterior. Its front fascia incorporates a 60mm deep 3D illuminated Wing emblem, offering a much stronger visual impact compared to mainstream 10mm light strips. The trapezoidal air intake beneath the closed grille conceals a millimeter-wave radar module, while the thin upper strips of the split headlights form an “angry smile” expression. Combined with the illuminated Mazda logo, it delivers a highly ceremonial dynamic welcome light effect. The hood vents and side air channels together form the first section of the nine-channel airflow system, increasing downforce by 11 kg at high speed. The silver skid plate at the bottom of the front bumper balances practicality and sportiness, preserving Mazda’s distinctive aggressive character within the minimalist style typical of new energy vehicles.

The side profile, at 4850mm in length, features meticulously sculpted surfaces that create flowing light and shadow effects. The side skirts, shaped over 700 hours by experienced clay modelers, effectively reduce aerodynamic drag. Blacked-out A, B, and C pillars paired with the roof create a floating roof effect, while optional electronic side mirrors further reduce wind noise. The 2902mm long wheelbase and 1935mm width provide generous rear legroom, breaking the traditional perception of limited space in Mazda vehicles. 19-inch dual-tone wheels (20-inch on top trims) with hidden door handles and 3D textured side skirt protection emphasize refined details.
